DIRES  WORKSHOP  TRADITIONAL  RECIPES

                                             Spätzle



Ingredients for 2 people

250 gr  Spätzle

2 l water

2 tablespoons oil

1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1 Measure 2l of water  
     
2 Pour water into a pot

3 Put the pot on the stove

4 Put the lid on the pot

5 Turn on the burner

6 Bring the water to boil

7  Add 2 tbs of oil

8 Add 1 tbs of salt

9 Open the packet of Spätzle

10 Add the Spätzle tot he hot water

11 Turn the burner to 2

12 Stir the    Spätzle

13    Cook for 12 minutes

14 Turn off the burner

15 Pour  Spätzle into a sieve

16 Pour cold water over the  Spätzle

17 Place  Spätzle in a bowl

18 Enjoy your meal!

                                     Quarkfein Erdbeer

Ingredients for two people
1 package  „Quarkfein Erdbeer“
200 ml Milk
250 g Quark

Instructions
1 Provide mixing bowl and whisk
2 Open the milk carton
3 Measure 200 ml of milk
4 Pour milk into a bowl
5 Open the Quark
6 Open the “Quarkfein Erdbeer“
7 Add the Quarkfein Erdbeer tot he mixing bowl
8 Use the nixer to blend ingredients
9 Add the quark
10 Mix it together
11 Distribute the Quark in little bowls
12 Enjoy the meal!

                  

                                               TOAST  HAWAII



Ingredients for 2 people:
1 package  bread
1 tin of pineapple (850 g)
6 slices of ham
6 slices of cheese
butter

Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 200°C
2 Prepare the cooking sheet
3 Open the tin
4 Be careful
5 Drain the pinapples
6 Open the package of bread
7 Butter the bread
8 Place bread on the baking sheet, butter-sude up
9 Cut each slice of ham into smaller pieces
10  Place the ham on the bread
11 Place the pinapples on the ham
12 Place the cheese on top
13 Place the baking sheet in the oven
14 Bake for 20 minutes
15 Turn off the oven
16 Take the baking sheet out of the oven carefully
17 Place the Hawaii toast on the plate
18 Enjoy your meal!

Rahm-Geschnetzeltes





 IIngredients for 2 people:

300 gr veal
2 tablespoons of oil
4 tablespoon of cream
¼ l water
1 package fix Rahm-Geschnetzeltes

Instructions

1 Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into a pan
2 Turn on the burner
3 Place the veal in the pan
4 Sear and turn the meat
5 Turn off the burner
6 Place the meat in a bowl
7 Open 1 packet of fix Rahm-Geschnetzeltes
8 Add 1/4 l = 250 ml water to the pan
9 Stir package contents into the water and bring it all to a boil
10 Add 4 tablespoons of cream and mix together
11 Add the meat back to the pan and warm through
12 Turn off the burner
13 Place the meat with sauce in a bowl
14 Enjoy your meal!
